브라우저에서 로컬 처리
가져오기, 디코딩, 자르기, BPM 감지, 전환, 미리 듣기 및 최종 파일 생성은 모두 브라우저에서 로컬로 실행됩니다. 오디오 파일은 MixClap 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.

결제 (Stripe)
결제는 Stripe가 호스팅하는 페이지에서 진행됩니다. 요청되는 정보는 결제 구성과 결제 방법에 따라 달라집니다. 결제 시:
- Stripe는 영수증 이메일과 결제에 필요한 거래, 청구, 기기 및 사기 방지 데이터를 수집합니다.
- 카드 또는 다른 결제 방법의 정보는 Stripe에 직접 입력되며 MixClap 애플리케이션을 거치지 않습니다.
- Stripe가 영수증을 이메일로 보냅니다. MixClap은 오디오 파일을 이메일로 보내지 않으며 결제 후 브라우저에서 다운로드가 잠금 해제됩니다.
- MixClap은 Stripe 계정에서 제공하는 거래 정보(이메일, 금액, 통화, 날짜, 상태, Stripe 식별자 및 일부 청구 정보 포함)를 확인할 수 있습니다.
Stripe는 자체 정책, 규제 의무 및 결제 서비스에 적용되는 지침에 따라 이 데이터를 처리하고 보관합니다.
쿠키 및 로컬 저장소
엄격히 필요한 항목
IndexedDB와 localStorage는 프로젝트, 원본 오디오, 내보내기 파일, 현재 믹스 및 기술적 결제 반환 정보를 기기에 보관합니다. 이 저장소가 없으면 프로젝트 이어하기와 재다운로드가 작동하지 않습니다.
방문자 측정
Google Analytics 4가 설정되면 조회한 페이지와 제품 이벤트(단계, 트랙 수, 내보내기 성공 또는 오류), 세션, 기기, 브라우저 및 대략적인 위치 정보를 받습니다. 기본 설정에서는 클라이언트 식별자를 포함한 _ga 쿠키가 설정될 수 있습니다.
광고 측정 (Meta Pixel)
Meta Pixel이 설정되면 Meta는 페이지 조회와 선택된 퍼널 이벤트(생성, 트랙 추가, 내보내기, 결제 및 구매), 그리고 Meta 규칙에 따른 기술, 브라우저, 기기, 네트워크 식별자와 쿠키를 받습니다. 오디오 파일은 전송되지 않습니다.
내 믹스에서 프로젝트를 삭제하고 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 지우거나 차단하세요. 로컬 저장소를 차단하면 프로젝트 저장과 복구가 중단되지만 제3자 서비스를 차단해도 오디오 편집은 가능합니다.

Hosting and support requests
Vercel hosts the site. Like any host and network intermediary, it may process the IP address, requested URL, date and time, user agent and technical logs needed for delivery, security and diagnosis, according to its configuration and policy.
If you email support, MixClap receives your email address, message content and any attachment you choose to send in order to answer the request and meet applicable obligations.
Your rights (GDPR)
MixClap has no customer account and no remote copy of your audio projects. Data may nevertheless exist with Stripe, Google, Meta, Vercel or in support correspondence. Depending on the processing and applicable law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to data portability
- Right to object
- Right to restriction of processing

Data retention
Local projects remain on the device until deletion, site-data clearing or browser eviction. A local pending-payment reference is considered valid for one hour. Payment, support, analytics, advertising and hosting data are retained under the settings, policies and legal obligations applicable to MixClap and each provider. No server-side audio deletion period is promised because no audio file is uploaded to MixClap servers.
Security
MixClap applies safeguards consistent with its local architecture:
- Communications with the site are protected by HTTPS / TLS.
- No MixClap user account and no remote database containing your audio projects.
- Source files, settings and exports are confined to your browser storage.
- Payment data is entered and processed on Stripe infrastructure.
- Analytics events are designed not to include audio, file names or email addresses.
